The primary objective of W. B. CROSS CO. Limited
is to be the leading distributor of Audio, Video, Home Theatre,
and Home Automation products in Canada. We want to be a one-stop
shop for all our dealers for all the electronics within the
home.
People deal with companies and individuals based on reputation
- as a result, we strive to be known as the distributor who supplies
the best dealer support in the industry. Our dealers are selected
carefully and kept up to date with a multi-stage support system
- this includes training for all new installers.
We understand that dealers are a key step in the customers getting
the best product and service, and to that end, we spend a great
deal of time with our new dealers to provide them with design
and specification support until they understand the product line.
Our Philosophy:
We believe that when dealing with our customers, fellow employees,
and suppliers:
- We should do so in an honest, fair, and open manner
- We should work hard at communicating as much as possible,
giving praise when deserved, and constructive criticism quickly
and fairly when required.
- We believe that our greatest resource is our people.
We believe that our employees:

and that their input should influence the appropriate decisions.
